Two years follow-up with real life quantitative measurement of ambulation under oxygen therapy in patients with chronic respiratory disease (ACTIMETRE study).

Conclusion: O2 ambulation in daily practice assessed by actimetry, though improved using concentrators, remains insufficient without improvement along time. Proper monitoring by pneumologists with quantitative measurement should stimulate patients’ compliance and improve their health status under OT.
