Impact of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Age, Body mass index and Neck circumference on timing of Acute Coronary Syndrome onset
Conclusion: Nocturnal ACS events occur more frequently in patients with younger age, higher BMI and larger neck circumference. Patients with nocturnal ACS onset have a high likelihood of having OSA, thus should be prioritized for polysomnography.
