Prognostic role of matrix metalloproteinase system / inhibitors in assessing the nature of reparative changes in infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis (ITL).

Conclusion: The combination of MMP / inhibitors with VILT in the IFT is most informative to make the prognosis for lung tissue changes during and after IFT.
