Mechanical Preconditioning of Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells Improves Ventilation Induced Lung Injury in Rats

Conclusion: These results suggest that lung MSCs cultured under realistic mechanical features of the lung could improve their therapeutic potential in ALI.
