Thoracic sarcoidosis with heart damage

Conclusion: We suggested that if cardiosarcoidosis coexists (is not isolated) with a pulmonary sarcoidosis, intrathoracic lymphadenopathy and/or changes of lung parenchyma can be the key to a diagnose.
