Clinical Features and Treatment Outcome of Carcinomatous Pericarditis due to Lung Cancer.

Conclusions: The prognosis of carcinomatous pericarditis due to lung cancer improved by adding both intra-pericardial chemotherapy and systemic chemotherapy to pericardial drainage.
