Impact of comorbidity on sleep quality in copd patients evaluated with the pittsburgh sleep quality index (psqi)
Conclusions: Poor sleep quality evaluated with the generic questionnaire PSQI is very frequent among patients with COPD. Anxiety and some comorbidities (but not its quantification by the Charlson index) appear to be related with the quality of sleep measured by PSQI.
