Increased Severity of Asthma in Atopic Patients with Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis

Conclusion: In EGPA, atopy is associated with more severe/uncontrolled asthma manifestations in the year before the development of vasculitis, but not with more severe vasculitis at presentation.
