Residual obstructive sleep apnoea symptoms after adenotonsillectomy in children

Conclusion: The prevalence of OSA symptoms in children who underwent adenotonsillectomy remains high, even with a reduction in mean OAHI. Other factors for persistent symptoms should be sought. It is important to follow-up children who undergo this operation for OSA to identify those who will require further management
