Comprehensive clinical and immunological features of adult selective primary igm deficiency: response to immunoglobulin therapy

Selective IgM Deficiency (SIGMD) is a recently incorporated primary immunodeficiency. Clinical and immunological features have been reported in a small number of cases. The aim of this study is to present comprehensive clinical immunological features in a large cohort of adult patients diagnosed with SIGMD, and to assess response to Ig therapy.
