Sleep Disturbances and Inflammatory Biomarkers in Schizophrenia: Focus on Sex Differences.

CONCLUSIONS: Sleep disturbances and increased inflammation, which were common in schizophrenia, were associated in persons with schizophrenia. Moreover, women with schizophrenia had worse sleep quality and inflammation than men.
