Mucocele formation following laryngeal cleft injection

A 12 ‐month‐old male underwent injection laryngoplasty for dysphagia associated with a deep interarytenoid notch. He subsequently developed a large postcricoid mucocele requiring revision surgery and marsupialization of the cyst just 2 weeks following the initial surgery.Laryngoscope, 2018
