Pfizer to raise drug prices in January

Pfizer plans to raise the list prices of 41 of its prescription drugs, or 10 percent of its portfolio, in January. According to The Wall Street Journal, citing an unnamed source, most of the planned increases will be 5 percent, while three of the drugs’ list prices will go up by 3 percent. One of the drug prices will go up by 9 percent, the report continued. The move won’t affect 90 percent of the New Y ork drug company’s portfolio, including newly approved medicines and sterile injectables. Earlier…
