Reducing prognostic uncertainty in older patients with a checklist for use in emergency departments: a prospective validation study

The predictive ability of models is anticipated to help clinicians gain confidence in initiating earlier end‐of‐life discussions. The practicalities of embedding screening for risk of death in routine practice warrant further investigation. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
