ConclusionHVIGI and PRP are effective techniques in treatment of patellar tendinopathy not responding to conservative treatment, however in our study PRP proved to be more effective.

CONCLUSIONS: Evidence for the use of exercise therapy as an intervention for SSP is increasing and strengthening. Discussion: This case report describes the use of MSK US imaging as part of the clinical decision-making process when treating a patient with cervicogenic headaches.
