Neurocognition in Post-Treatment Lyme Disease and Major Depressive Disorder.

Conclusions: MDD and PTLDS can be confused neuropsychologically because both exhibit similar levels of psychomotor slowing. However, problems on memory-related tasks, though mild, are more pronounced in PTLDS.
