Council wants to buy £2,000 electric bicycles to help overweight children ride uphill  

Leisure bosses at Conwy Council, Wales, say electric bikes will help youngsters. But residents say it's another example of ‘out of touch’ town hall chiefs wasting taxpayers’ cash on ‘nonsense’.
