BrdU incorporation in multiparameter flow cytometry: A new cell cycle assessment approach in multiple myeloma
ConclusionsCombination of flow cytometry with BrdU or ki67/DAPI staining could become a standard for the determination of MM cell proliferation. Furthermore, in the context of new effective myeloma treatment options, assessment of MM cell proliferation may be valuable, in clinical trials, to identify novel agents that could significantly affect the small proliferative compartment of MM cells. © 2018 International Clinical Cytometry Society
