[Prevalence of bipolar spectrum disorders in migraine patients].

CONCLUSION: Increased frequency of affective temperaments might be considered in the context of a common pathophysiological background for migraine and bipolar disorders where these temperaments are sub-threshold presentations of mood disorders.
