Is employment a key to opioid addiction recovey?

Opioid addiction has been declared a public health emergency by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and it's costing the federal government $4.6 billion this year alone to address it. In order to aid former addicts in maintaining their recovery, there's a growing call to help them find steady employment.
