Clemson experts study proper vomit cleanup in long-term care facilities

(Clemson University) Vomit can create huge health concerns and for the more than 2 million people currently living in long-term care facilities and proper cleanup is critical to preventing the spread of disease. A group of Clemson University researchers is part of a team that has received a $1.5 million grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to study vomit cleanup.
