Judge sentences former Shawnee lawyer to prison for aggravated battery
Mark R. Logan was sentenced to two years and four months in prison for hitting a nurse with his pickup truck, which caused her two broken legs and endangered the life of her unborn child.
Logan, who was disbarred in June by the Kansas Supreme Court, hit the University of Kansas Hospital nurse in October 2017 when she was using a crosswalk outside the hospital.
