ApoM-S1P Modulates Ox-LDL-Induced Inflammation Through the PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway in HUVECs

In conclusion, the results demonstrate for the first time that apoM-S1P inhibits ox-LDL-induced inflammation in HUVECsvia the S1PR2-mediated PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. This finding may aid in the development of new treatments for atherosclerosis.
