Diabetes and Mortality in Acute Coronary Syndrome: Findings from the Gulf COAST registry.

CONCLUSIONS: DM patients presenting with ACS-STEMI have poor short-term outcomes while DM-NSTEMI patients have poor long-term outcomes.
