ECG of the Month: Telltale T Waves
Although the patient's electrocardiogram (ECG) contained a well-known marker for severe stenosis of the left anterior descending artery, it was essential that the workup address diagnostic possibilities beyond the most conspicuous. A 43-year-old African American man presented with a 1-month history of progressive dyspnea on exertion. He had an unremarkable medical history and an excellent baseline exercise capacity.
