Science: A Global Enterprise

In his February 2018 BioScience editorial (doi:10.1093/biosci/biy004), Scott Collins discussed French President Emmanuel Macron's Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) initiative. In brief, MOPGA is a €30 million commitment designed to entice climate-change researchers from outside of the country to move their research programs to France.
