TAA9. Type B Acute Aortic Dissections: Best Medical Treatment Versus Endovascular Approach

In a period of 8 years, we retrospectively analyzed 155 patients with aortic thoracic disease, identifying 79 type B dissections. Forty-three cases had arrived to our institution as acute aortic syndrome.
