The Juul Curriculum Is Not the Jewel of Tobacco Prevention Education

In 2015, Juul Labs, Inc. created a new electronic vaping device called Juul. Juul uses disposable pods that contain propylene glycol, glycerin, flavorings, benzoic acid, and salt-based nicotine, among other constituents [1]. Each pod contains 59-mg of nicotine; and come in a number of flavors, including Mango, Fruit Medley, and Cr ème Brulee [1].
