Online Interventions for Youth and Parents

This Clinical Perspectives will enhance attendees ’ knowledge and understanding of a range of online mental health programs and tools for youth and their parents, including those used to prevent and treat youth anxiety, depression, substance use, explosive outbursts, emotion-regulation difficulties, and social skill deficits. These programs in clude MoodGYM, SPARX-R, Secret Agent Society, Climate Schools, and the Brake Shop. Findings from empirical evaluations of each program will be presented.
