Laparoscopic oophorectomy to treat pelvic pain following ovary-sparing hysterectomy: factors associated with surgical complications and pain persistence

ConclusionsLaparoscopic oophorectomy to treat pelvic pain following ovary-sparing hysterectomy is a feasible yet challenging procedure. Further studies are required to assess long term outcomes. Careful patient selection and counseling prior to this procedure is critical.
