LalAbstractA new heterobimetallic [CuZn(bz)3(bpy)2]PF6 has been synthesized from commercially available starting materials. Its structure has been established by molar conductance, magnetic moment, IR, electronic, ESR and X-ray crystallography. Its catalysis has been established in hydrogen peroxide mediated oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes and ketones and direct formation of oximes.Graphical abstract
