Dilutional coagulopathy in pediatric scoliosis surgery: A single center report.

CONCLUSION: Blood product transfusion remains a frustrating problem in pediatric scoliosis. Identifying and controlling dilutional coagulopathy in these patients may reduce blood loss and the need for blood transfusion.
