SAMHSA Releases Guides to Help Women Navigate Opioid Use Disorder Treatment While Pregnant

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is releasing fourHealthy Pregnancy: Opioids in Pregnancy fact sheets designed to help women who have opioid use disorders and who are also pregnant or are mothers of infants. These fact sheets explain the process for treating opioid use disorder and neonatal abstinence syndrome and provide information to help them seek care and to manage pregnancy and treatment.
