Study medicine in the Netherlands in English

Hi,
I am planning to apply to medicine in Netherlands next year.
As an international student from Germany I have two choices: Maastricht and Groningen.
Where is it easier to get in?
Can somebody please tell me how the selection process differs in these two Universities?
That would be great since there is not a lot information on the internet
