This requires a detailed review of different types of errors in radiology and potential strategies to prevent them.SummaryAn effective health care delivery system relies heavily on high degrees of skill in professionalism and communication. Strategies to prevent errors and improve communication with physicians in the Emergency Department are helpful in providing quality patient care, thus also decreasing the chances of conflicts and litigation.
