New York Appeals Court Finds No Liability In In Utero Take-Home Lead Case

NEW YORK - A premises owner is not liable for a man's in utero and childhood household lead exposures, a New York appeals court held Sept. 26 (Michael Campanelli v. Long Island Lighting Co., et al., No. 2016-01809, 2016-12565, N.Y. Sup., App. Div., 2nd Dept., 2018 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 6244).
