Judge: Attorney Disqualified From Chemical Cases For 'Dilatory Pleading Practices'

LANCASTER, Pa. - A Pennsylvania state court judge on Sept. 4 removed an attorney from several lawsuits he had filed that alleged injuries from chemical exposure in the workplace, ruling that the attorney was disqualified for "dilatory pleading practices" (Kimberly Williams, et al. v. Armstrong World Industries Inc., et al., No. CI-16-10715, Pa. Comm. Pls., Lancaster Co.).
