Intellectual Disability and Psychotic Disorders in Children: Association With Maternal Severe Mental Illness and Exposure to Obstetric Complications in a Whole-Population Cohort.
CONCLUSIONS:: Maternal severe mental illness and exposure to obstetric complications contribute separately to the risk of intellectual disability, suggesting potentially different causal pathways.
