Rural Health and Food Affordability

A recent article from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention titled, National Food Affordability: A County-Level Analysis focused on contributors to food affordability across the rural/urban divide. One finding was that food affordability differed significantly between rural and urban communities with rural communities paying a higher percentage of their household income on food.
