Although few individuals seek treatment, addressing CUD is associated with improved health outcomes and quality of life.SummaryPublic health officials and policymakers need to be aware of the potential consequences of more permissive cannabis use policies and to take the appropriate intervention and prevention actions to improve overall health and social outcomes.
