Briaviolides O and P, new briaranes from a cultured octocoral Briareum violaceum

The structures of briaranes 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and 1 was shown to inhibit the accumulation of pro-inflammatory iNOS protein in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells.Graphical abstract
