Family sues Ferguson nursing home over alleged rape of 84-year-old female resident
The family of an 84-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against a Ferguson nursing home alleging she was raped while a resident there.
The lawsuit was filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court by the woman’s daughter, Vivian Colette Green, against the nonprofit Christian Women’s Benevolent Association, which owns the Christian Care Home (CCH), a state licensed skilled nursing and residential care facility at 800 Chambers Road i n Ferguson.
