DFs were reprogrammed via mRNA-delivered transcription factors into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The generated iPSCs were confirmed to be pluripotent, capable of three germ layer differentiation and are thus a useful resource for creating iPSC-derived healthy human cells of any lineage.Resource tableUnique stem cell line identifierUOWi001-AAlternative name(s) of stem cell lineiPSC RB 9–8InstitutionIllawarra Health and Medical Research Institute, University of WollongongContact information of distributorLezanne Ooi, Type of cell lineiPSCOriginHumanAdditional origin infoAge: 56Sex: femaleCell SourceDermal fibroblastClonalityClonalMethod of reprogrammingTransgene-freeGenetic ModificationNoType of ModificationN/AAssociated diseaseN/AGene/locusN/AMethod of modificationN/AName of transgene or resistanceN/AInducible/constitutive systemN/ADate archived/stock date21/12/17Cell line repository/bankN/AEthical approvalHE 13/299 University of Wollongong Human Ethics Committee
