Hallermann-Streiff Syndrome: Difficulty in airway increases with increasing age

We present a case of HSS who was operated for bilateral cataract surgery as an infant and then for entropion correction at the age of twelve years. Approximately 150 case have been reported in the world literature [1]. The aetiology of HSS remains unknown.
