Conclusions
The addition of SAHA to taxane chemotherapy improves the therapeutic effect on triple-negative breast cancer while decreasing the detrimental effect of paclitaxel on wound healing. This may have substantial implications on improving outcomes in breast reconstruction following chemotherapy.
