Effect of dapagliflozin on intestinal flora in MafA-deficient mice.

CONCLUSION: Dapagliflozin can reduce fasting blood glucose, decrease body weight, increase short-chain fatty acid content, regulate intestinal microecological balance of the body, and promote blood glucose and energy homeostasis.
