AngioDynamics expands oncology business with RadiaDyne acquisition

Medical device maker AngioDynamics is expanding its oncology business with the acquisition of RadiaDyne in Houston. RadiaDyne generates $6 million a year in sales designing patient dosage monitoring systems. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of September. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction comes as AngioDynamics consolidates and expands its oncology business at its Glens Falls, New York, m anufacturing complex.
