Paid family leave premiums will rise 21 percent. Why these business leaders don't think that's enough

Employees will contribute more of their paychecks to paid family leave next year, but some employers and business associations warn the increase may not be enough to cover costs. The premiums for paid family leave will increase 21 percent in 2019. Employees will contribute 0.153 percent of their wages, up from 0.126 percent in the program's first year.
