Partners, Mass Eye and Ear settle billing dispute with AG

Partners HealthCare and Massachusetts Eye and Ear have agreed to pay a combined $175,000 to settle allegations by the Massachusetts Attorney General's office that they billed patients for services without adequately disclosing the costs beforehand.
