Physical therapy examination and management of a 48-year-old male with vertigo, cephalalgia, and cervicalgia secondary to unilateral vestibular hypofunction.

CONCLUSION: This case report demonstrates a physical therapy program for a patient with peripheral UVH-related symptoms. This approach may also be applicable for patients with the central cause of dizziness such as Chiari malformation.
